About Me
My name is Jasmine and I’m a doula, womb practitioner and herbalist passionate about holistic, culturally rooted birth and postpartum care. Through emotional support, womb wellness practices and plant medicine, I help families feel empowered, protected and deeply supported during one of life’s most transformative journeys.
My approach blends ancestral indigenous birthkeeping traditions, holistic support, and evidence-informed care. I walk alongside families with intention, offering guidance, emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
As a birthkeeper, I am also deeply aware of the disparities that Black women continue to face. The disproportionate maternal mortality and morbidity rates among Black mothers are not just statistics — they are lived realities within our communities. This truth fuels my commitment to advocacy, culturally responsive care, and holding space where Black families are respected, protected, and truly heard.
